I have been involved in mentoring young lawyers for several years through the local bar association and the Supreme Court supervised program for first year lawyers. Is anyone willing to help identify issues that need to be part of a young or transitioning physician mentoring program? Please help me identify the possible goals and parameters of such a program. Is anyone currently participating in an organized mentoring program for physicians in your community?
