Mentoring

I would divide the program into New physician and remedial mentoring. We need both and the responsibilities are different and the choice of mentor would be on different criteria. The preponderance of group practice would seem to provide mentoring inherently. That doesn't always occur and sometimes a more detached mentor from outside the practice would be beneficial.  I think the program would be a member benefit and could encourage membership.  Lance A.
